Prompt for link

Allows for insertion of any link which the user wants to be wrapped in <A href="user_supplied_link"></A>. This is very useful for pasting links that have been copied from a web browser.

Selected text in the active document will be wrapped in the created link or the link will be inserted at the cursor point if no text is selected.
